You've probably seen this before at least once in your computing life: the blue screen of death. Never shows up at an opportune time and always risks the security of the project you've been working on for days and have almost completed. So what should you do?
Call Concept Computers
Try to restart your computer
Check for overheating: are your vents clean? is your fan working properly?
Reboot in Safe Mode if a normal restart doesn't do the trick
Update all drivers if possible
If you think you have identified the issue, great! It is still worth taking your machine in to a professional to do a health check so they can look at your cooling system, CPU and drive health and run a comprehensive virus scan (even if you have an anti-virus program installed).
Above all, always make sure you have a back-up to avoid costly data recovery fees!
Need some help? We can do that!
